The average American is the foundation of this nation's economy, therefore if their money vanishes, unemployment will rise and the message "You have an unexpected month" will emerge. If you have a lot of student loans that are coming due, that money will run out very soon.
By then, a minimum of one cut Given that it will be discussed throughout the election, I think it happened in September. Given that it's a retirement issue, I think the FED will implement changes in September. If in September they don't make any cuts.
I have this much in a taxable brokerage account, this much in a standard IRA, this much in a bank account, and this much in an employer-sponsored 401(k) plan. At the moment, I have 30% in equities and 70% in bonds, or a similar allocation. Her contact information is Annette Marie Holt. Thus, when she responds to your initial meeting, which should be provided to you at no cost, you should have a very clear picture of your current condition.
Hey DO! First, you rock! I started my career in risk management manually auditing credit bureau attributes against credit bureau reports. I am passionate about personal finance, solving complex problems, and helping people succeed. 24 years later, I am transitioning to becoming an MLO, and I am already appreciating and learning a ton from you / your podcast. Thank you!
That's awesome Kristine!!! Glad we could help you out! Make sure you check out the website and sign up for the free newsletter!!! tloponline.com/#weekly-newsletter
Other professional to get into the mortgage industry is relationship banker. We do HELOCs already and partner with MLOs. I think being backed by a bank is beneficial to start because you have a guaranteed referral source.
Got into the industry December of 2021 right as rates started going up. I AM STILL HERE and making more money than I ever have. It’s very tough at times though.
What do you think of an accountant switching over? Im naturally extrovert but decided to become an accountant for cushy office job. Now i hate my job that im drilling down into the excel sheets.
I will add had about 20 other military members join the industry when I did. Only 3 of us left and only two of us are actually producing. You got this just have to be motivated and dedicated.
It all depends. Are you a good problem solver? Are you great with 4th grade math? Do you enjoy personal finance? Are you money motivated? Do you enjoy helping others? Do you have a entrepreneurial spirit? Can you give it your ALL for 2+ years without giving up even when it is hard and you are not making good money? You need to answer "yes" to the above.
@@dustinowen1191 thank you so much. It’s yes to everything above! I just feel so worried that everyone will know I’m new and I need to just trust my team and the process as I’m learning and growing. But my confidence comes from feeling knowledgeable in the industry and I haven’t had as much at bats. I know I need coaching but I am not in a position to afford it yet but I’ll be doing it as soon as possible! Thank you for all the content you put out.🙌🏼
