Heroic doesn't support online services, and easy anticheat doesn't work on linux, and if it does there's a high chance it will pickup something is off and ban you.

The only problem is navigating through the Epic store sucks, when push the track pads the arrow doesn't even appear you have to hold down the one button to use the trackpad and make the arrow appear. I wish they would just make it run correctly

Yes but if you already have Steamdeck you can do it. I have a legion go and a Steamdeck. Legion go is much more powerful, and has a wonderful/big screen, but if I had to choose, I am not sure I’ll keep the legion go. Overall experience on Steamdeck is better, smoother. You have just to know you can’t play most recent AAA games, but you have an insane library to play in a very pleasant device, with a fantastic and not matched ergonomic, if you have the oled one, also the better screen on the scene.

You must close the game you are running or you can't switch to desktop mode.

The one thing I hate about epic games is that they can't play games offline. That means I can't play them on the go without getting a hotspot :(
