I like how one character (that being sinbad) became so popular that he got his own spin off manga and anime that got 2 seasons and probably had most impact on the whole magi series then any other character and he wasn’t even the main character. I just find that hilarious.

@Vulcano sorry my mistake, there’s another show about a character named sinbad and that has 2 seasons. There’s still only 1 season for magi sinbad unfortunately.

@Vulcano tell me about it, I read the manga and Christ is the ending confusing, honestly would make more sense if it was animated and simplified instead of reading paragraph long word bubbles.
Masen Guerra i lost interest when they separated for like the second time, at that point I didn’t cared no more. Read the last chapter but yet I didn’t really cared how it ended.

I never felt so strongly of an anime being so underrated as this one. People have heard about it, but for some reason the amount of hype it gets does not equal to its amazing animation and story

This anime, it brings back memories and one of my favorite animes
I loved Magi when it came out, i really wonder why it never took off back then, it looked good, had a decent story and a good soundtrack. Oh well...
I guess it was the typical promotion story. The Anime got created to promoted the Manga and the Manga got either way enough attention to stop the Anime or not enough so it wasnt worth promoting it any further. It is extremly rare actually that Mangas get a full Anime. From every Thousand Manga storys that get created every year just hundred get actually puplished, 10 get finished because they were good enough to keep interest and 1 of those gets full anime adaptation. The Manga industry is a mercyless working place and getting published in the first place is already an accomplishment

@@theseeker3073 Wont work, the Manga/Anime industry is a fix working machine that doesnt allow for much outside influence. It would only ne possible if they would give out the licenses to other plattforms but i think aslong as u arent Netflix that wont happen
@@holschermarc Hm... then would it be viable to create a token ecosystem around the whole thing? It could be started off as an anime DAO (decentralized autonomous organization) where people can use the token to vote, which would provide its inherent value over time. If a joke token like Dogecoin was able to reach a $10 billion market cap, a token created to help the anime community could as well reach at least that much, which would ultimately place the apparition of new seasons in the hands of the community.

Now that was a good AMV. Evenly paced and the cuts worked with the song. The song was also a good choice, and I can definitely tell from the clips used that the it actually fits with this show. I've never heard of or seen this anime before, but this AMV succeeded in getting my curious.

Hakuei Ren will never not be my favorite of the secondary characters in Magi. Everything about her introduction to her interactions and eventually her fighting makes her unbelievably hard not to love.

He estado investigando estos días, hay 200 capítulos de 369 animados, la 2da parte del spin-off de Simbad lo estaban haciendo el año pasado y lo pausaron, A-1 pictures está trabajando en otros proyectos ahora porque no veían una rentabilidad segura con este, la única forma en base a lo que leí y lo que ha manifestado la empresa es que vean interés de la gente, pero yo entro a ver videos como este o resúmenes y ya la actividad por Magi bajó, la gente asumió que no volverá, no conozco alguna forma de volver a llamar la atención de esas personas:(

I think the Sinbad's adventures focuses on more why become such character than all his adventures cus in the manga it ended swiftly and had not told all his adventures on his 7 djinns or etc.
