The tampax radiant tampons are the BOMB! Best tampons ever yâall...and I suggest yâall Forreal wear a tampon AND pad. Iâve also done that for the longest and it makes me feel more comfortable during school and such.
If you have a very heavy flow these arenât the best, They expand in a weird shape that can make you leak. I would recommend Playtex or Kotex for a very heavy flow.

I highly recommend the always infinity flex foam pads for anyone who hates wearing pads but canât use tampons because they are so thin but they donât leak. After a couple after putting it on you canât even feel it anymore which is why theyâre my favorite. Iâve even wore them overnight and they donât leak!

One thing I like to use on my periods is the vagisil scentsitive spray. It's non irritating and helps a lot when it comes to getting rid of down-there period smell.
