Angela was the perfect person do demo this guitar. I rarely lust after acoustics and I'm not a fan of relicing, but she made it sound so good that I really wish I could afford it.
Friday is the queen of guitar days because, well, acoustic. Great guitar with great host and production team!

I’ve played these and love the way they fill a room and feel in my hands. I wish they would have picked a different finish, though. I like the simple/old look, but the faded marks (that are supposed to be wear marks I guess) on that unnatural shade of brown? Also, some of the road series Martins, which I believe are cheaper are much better guitars. Just my opinion.

Angela you’re a sight for sore eyes , I’ve always love ladies to sing n play cos it’s different n smooth. A way different attach on the instrument n in the store room the music gets lifted up acoustically 👍🏻🙏🎸🎸🎸☮️🖖🪕🎹
The biggest thing we don't get from guitar of the day anymore is the attitude and personality. Remember when Mark wore a leather jacket with chains and called everything "freaking radical" or "kick a$$" or "bi+chin?" Then he would light into some zeppelin riffs or do a whole cover of a power ballad on a flamed double neck strat, or do a whole day of zz top or Metallica songs because they played one of the guitars featured?
I loved Marks playing, however, I cringed when he played guitars with metal on himself everywhere.
Same here, thanks Jen, for letting us see the back. Also no mention of the top. Is it a mahogany top?
The top back and sides of the 15 series Martin guitars are built from Wood sourced from Africa which is very similar in appearance and
tonal qualities to genuine Mahogany which comes from South America. Although Martin states on their web site that
the back sides and top are mahogany the 18 series guitars are built from genuine Mahogany.
@@peterlangford8240 Thanks Peter. You must be referring to Sapele as the back sides and top. Actually Sapele is a very good tone wood. I have a Taylor 324 with Sapele back and sides and a genuine mahogany top and it sounds amazing. I got a good one. Thanks again.
@@jeffrey3498 My 00015m looks like it might be Sapele it has the wide dark stripes in the wood grain which is common with Sapele but I have read that Martin has also used Sipo wood as well. I absolutely love my Martin 00015m it's super comfortable to play and sounds totally awesome, a great guitar for players who play electrics most of the time.
Someone needs to play bluegrass on these Martins, that's what they're meant for, and Blues.

Authentic Gibson Custom Shop Tom Murphy rusted strings ? No Martin makes their strings in Mexico .. lol
One of my big gripes about martins is that the intonation is always out. Fix this martin.
Also too bad no finger playing, just strumming.
