I don't quite understand why you didn't say what the asking prices were for these two properties, I thought the idea was to let people know what kind of property they can expect for what price?
They hardly ever do and it’s annoying as hell. They want you to go to their business website to real you in and are basically using You Tube as free advertising. Just my opinion

BUT just say the price therefore we know if it’s even a possibility or not and I’m sure that would alleviate lots of messages to them asking the price

Bucerias is great but the sunsets are way nicer in Saskatchewan from spring through fall.
