I think ichigo will use his fullbring to use his Quincy powers and maybe get a Quincy form with uryu and maybe master his hollow powers so he gets his 2nd and then a final form that combines all his powers and kazui i think will be the reincarnated soul king and his Bandai will be like time related or something to go with the soul kings hands and heart he can age and decay everything and if he dies reset himself so he’s almost immortal
I think Kazui would get his powers as a result of Renji and rukias kid getting hurt and like what happened in the battle against ulquiorra “I WILL PROTECT YOU!”

It's not, he even stated he is gonna finish up the TYBW arc anime first, he doesn't want to over work himself again like he did years ago that cause his health to fail. You have to be patient. Plus if did state he has been working on the script for the next arc before he turns it into a manga.
