      Bro sprints se pahle 5 to 10 minutes long running bola hai.. jogging or normal running...jisase body ka warmup acche se ho jyada hai uske baad sprints bole hai...so it's not wrong..long distance running or jogging se body warm up ho jati hai so uske baad sprints kar sakte hai ☺️

    Sir me aapka academy aana chahta hun,thoda aap academy ke barein me agar batata to sahi rehta.mera matlab hostel fecelity, fees,or vi chije.

      Regular batch fees 2000 and personal training depends on coach and requirments.. filhal hostel facility so room or flat rent se le sakte ho.. 🤗
