The competition between mortgage lenders to get your business could soon be heating up again, analysts say, as the nation's largest lender loses market share for the first time in five years. While some Australians are choosing to switch to Westpac, ANZ, NAB, and Macquarie Bank, analysts believe Commonwealth Bank will soon launch competitive deals to prevent its market share shrinking further. Refinancing hit a peak in July and remained high in August. It comes as bank investors wait for the financial results of three of the big four, due to be delivered in an off-cycle earnings season in November.
