Love the exterior of the second home. I would definitely fence it in. Looking at all that dead grass would be depressing but I love the size of the lot.

The return air grille being low to the ground and in the dining area wasn't the smartest move. Both houses were okay. I would personally prefer the builder add some more recessed lighting throughout.

In regard to convincing you’re husband, I recommend moving to the area that will best fit you’re needs. If he feels like Winter Haven is better for you guys, then I reccomend Winter Haven!
