The one thing i dont understand is why the girls parasyte cant manifest itself and talk to her unlike the anime version its wasted potential for the parasyte and the woman interaction learning about each other in the process, in the anime the parasyte and the protag talk alot that we know whre they coming from and to understand the character and the parasyte
Yeah I hear you. This is the one part I was kind of disappointed about this version 😢. But on the positive side, it takes a different path than the anime so let's see where this goes.

It gives Heidi some autonomy, where she can act with free will. Which I find more interesting. They haven't replaced Shinichi's version.
Well it merged with her brain so it's pretty obvious why she can't talk to it
