The woman at the start saying whether someone is confident or now when addressing their charges is connected to whether they are guilty or not is one of the dumbest takes you can make when it comes to legal proceedings. There are thousands of examples of guilty sociopaths who are able to completely mislead jurors who don’t understand the situation and also there are thousands of innocent folks who have been nervous when their faith is on the line
