- Hello friends, today my mother prepared a very delicious and traditional food for our lunch!
This delicious and local dish is one of the most popular dishes of this region, which can be steamed with two types of meat, beef and red meat. ingredients:
Chicken
Forest plum
an onion
Rice
tomato paste
Salt
red pepper
Turmeric
How to prepare:
Season the chicken with spices and cook for a while, then fry it in hot oil and set it aside. Fry the tomato paste, add some water and pour it on the chickens.
We fry chopped onion and after browning, we add dried plums to it and fry it a little.

It is so very nice, Dastetoon dard nakoneh, specially love " Kal Kabob" with smoked eggplants. It certainly reminds me of my witty and playful grandma. Mosama was her favorite chicken dish. When she made it , then she would ask me to say, "Mosama" and when I repeated back to her , she would say. "tara baghala geeram ta sobh khosama" , 😁
