Great looking truck that has been restored to a very high standard. It would make an excellent attraction on your forecourt with "Competition Cars, Myrtle Beach " on the doors ! I am sure it will attract plenty of attention in the auction Bill. Just checked the valuation on these in perfect condition $30,800 to $148,500 Hope it does very well for you.
@@christianbugatticg They were average auction final bid prices. Fingers crossed that this one goes for a similar amount. I think that it's condition and rarity will help it achieve close to these figures.
@christianbugatticg 18.00 to cross plus another $17.00 toll when driving thru Manhattan south of 60th st when NY institutes congestion pricing plan. I remember toll was $2.00 back in 1984. Now it basically will work out to be nearly 40 dollars to drive thru seedy 1970's time square again. Enjoy ur cruise !
Unless you're going to keep it in a garage you would have trouble driving it in the rain. No windshield wipers. Other than that this truck is a beauty.
@@christianbugatticg My man Bill there was a Car and Driver July, 2024 article about a nudist car show in Wisconsin. MAN DAT SHIT WAS KIND OF NASTY.... But if I could see Bill from Curious CARS NAKED I would love to see that, AND I WOULD LOVE TO SEE SOME 50 YEAR OLD COUGAR/BIMBO NUDE. NAUGHTY FUN😈😈😈👺👺👺💋💋💋💋💋💋🥵🥵😍😍😍😍😍😍💦💦💦💦🍆🍆🍆🍆
Museum quality as always.

@@Barbarapape thank you
Gilmore auto museum in Hickory Heights, Michigan has an entire building dedicated to this era of ford model A/T....
Oh nice!
Don't be surprised if you find leather straps wrapped around the leaf springs. Was to keep moisture out and grease in plus quieted sqeaks.
I will look for that
CZcamsr Zack from "Shooting cars" has same if not similar truck. Good person to ask questions if need be.
Ok thanks!
Same 1931 ford trucks were used to build the George Washington bridge connecting NY/NJ. Found that fact in Wikipedia
Cool! Can't tell you how many times I crossed that bridge!
I also remember as a kid it was like $3.00 to cross. Now I think it is like $18

@@robertdiehl9003 That is insane! How the hell do they get away with that???

Yes I agree, but the level that this was restored I would not drive it in rain either
@@christianbugatticg That would be like hiding the Mona Lisa from the public.
@@edwardliberatore3116 Well true! lol
Are you taking one of your cars to the nudist car show in Naples, FL that's being hosted by Bill from Curious Cars?
Yes absolutely! The Bill and Bill show... LOL!!
