Vintage is anything from 20-99 years old. Antique is 100 or over. Less than 20 years is not vintage. Anything before 2004 or 3 is now vintage.

I loved watching you and your mom sharing such a good time. It reminds me of the way my son's interact with me. It always bings a smile to my face. I love the arrary of items in this unit. The dolls you find in the last of the video are much like the ones I have. The coco clock clock the little girl on the swing was like the one my great aunt got us on one of her trips overseas. She went up and down, her name was bouncing Betty. I would love it as the one we had was stolen. I wish my children and grandchildren could see her. Many of the beauitful things from my great aunt were stolen or misplaced though my parents still had a housefill of beatiful things.

Wade, Please understand this says more about the time we live in. Our pastor doesnt read his emails for this very reason. His wife was hired for that reason. Even in church very mean spirited people. The thing you called a planter at 38.47, I believe may be a nut cracker. You put English walnuts or pecans in the basket part and then the screw part at the top is opened for the nut to go in. Then you tighten the screw and it cracks it for you.

Me again! I think the well is a nut cracker. You fill the bottom with nuts in their shells. Then you use the screw on the top to crack the shell open. Just need to unscrew it enough to fit the nut in, then crack it!😊
The wood basket is for nuts. The screw on the handle opens to crack the nuts !

The Lenox cookie jar is absolutely beautiful. Many years ago I used to go to a Lenox factory sale around the holidays and never saw anything that nice there. Love seeing you and Mom working together. I can honestly see where you got you personality from. Most of these types of channels are just not all that ineresting because of the people who are in the videos.

I watch you all the time and this video is a true blast from my past , I owned a auction for many years and still do live on facebook auction nut most of this stuff I seen go through our sale in the early 80s but a lot of those things are from the 70s this and a bunch publishers clearing house use to give away a lot of that stuff away and the wood well is for nuts

Those "gifts" were included in mail orders, like fingerhut, etc. You ordered a few items and got a bunch free. Kitchen gadgets, little dresser trays etc. They must have bought alot of mail order.

I wish it more storage unit buyers were as respectful as y’all. Years ago the facility sold my unit when in fact it was paid. There was a glitch in their system. They sold a lot of stuff I had from 20 years in the Navy. I only received about 60 something dollars. I could’ve sued them however, I was going through a divorce at the time. I found one of my Cruise books on eBay because my name and rank was on it. I told the seller my story and even provide evidence that it was me. He didn’t offer me anything except to purchase it at full price.

Old stuff that is still new in the package are considered New Old Stock instead of Brand New. Brand New means it is recent. Just trying to help you out when you sell things.😊
