Timex Marathon Watches Compare

These are the Timex Marathon Watches from the early 80's roughly 1983 onwards. There are 2 types but they both look the same but its little differnces. The one that looks almost new with the buttons fully blue I think is a British style as I got this one from Argos when I was still a child and has a rectangle around the date, the one with 2 double lines along the display I think is American as I did get this one in Florida along time ago I think in 2001 and then decided now to put both on CZcams and compare to see which one is the best but in the end, everyone has their own opinions etc. 2 types of Watches one does 12 hr only UK Watch and the American one does both 24 hr and 12 hr. Both have light functions to see the time at night. They do beep slighly differntly though when pressed for mode change and the Stop Watch on the UK looks normal but the one on the American one does not show the 0.00 etc when in use so it's tough to choose which one is good.
