The old VW Beetle from the early 60's used to be water tight so you could drive it into a lake. The parts department at the dealerships even sold propellers for the back bumper if you wanted one. (True story.)

It’s not floating. That water isn’t that deep. It’s just designed to be able to operate in flood situations. Similar to military vehicles with snorkel attachments.
Supposedly if you don't switch gears and keep a consistent slow speed the engine running will keep all the water out of it. The second there's a pause by getting off the gas or a gear shift your engine will flood and your car will be dead
Next step would be to fit automatic pop up propeller either from wheels or from rear. Maybe airbags too that can be packed back into hidden compartments..

1 month owner, exceptionally clean not taken out in rain, no electrical issues, bearings in like new condition, no water in battery, very low miles... not willing to negotiate. I know what I have.
