We took two empty water bottles, poked a hole in lid of each. Oil in one, water in other. We squirt water on warm griddle, and clean with spatula and paper towels, then “polish” with some oil. So easy to keep clean. I see you are getting a good seasoning ❤ Treat it like your cast iron skillets. No soap. 😉🥰

He was found at a friend's house in the morning..deceased. so of course they have to do an autopsy and blood work. We don't know anything yet. This is so hard. Funeral is tomorrow. Hey y'all, I want to give you my recipe for fajita steak marinade. (For like 2-3lbs of fajita steak meat) In a blender put: 1/2 medium size jar of mayonnaise (I use Hellman's -but just use real mayo not lite). 1/4 bottle of soy sauce 1/4 bottle of Mojo fajita seasoning 3tbsp dry fajita seasoning 3tbsp cumin 3tbsp garlic powder 3tbsp onion powder 3Tbsp beef broth (powdered) Blend for about a minute till thoroughly mixed. Pour a thin layer in big bowl add a layer of meat, add more marinade, more meat, and keep adding layers till all the meat is covered. Let sit in fridge overnight. Cook on open flame grill. (I usually keep my steaks in one piece so they don't fall through) The main thing about cooking fajitas is the way you cut the meat. You have to thinly cut it with the grain instead of against the grain like most steaks are cut. It's all about being able to pull apart the meat. (I usually get my meat from a Spanish market but it's very expensive so I've learned how to turn a roast into fajita steaks).
I was wondering about the plug on the cook top, and it will last as long as you clean it right, I hope the build went good in the barn before the cold got to you! God bless and take care of yourselves
