Dr. Omar's question was "What were the words that Allah received from Adam (as) in the first juz?"
The answer is:
رَبَّنَا ظَلَمْنَآ أَنفُسَنَا وَإِن لَّمْ تَغْفِرْ لَنَا وَتَرْحَمْنَا لَنَكُونَنَّ مِنَ ٱلْخَـٰسِرِينَ
Rabbana dhalamna anfusana wa in-lam taghfir lana wa tarhamna la nakunanna minal-khasireen
“Our Lord! We have wronged ourselves. If You do not forgive us and have mercy on us, we will certainly be losers.” [ Qur'an 7:23 ]

Rabbana dhwalamna anfusanaa fa inlam taghfirilanaa watarahamnaa lanakunanna minal khaasiriina
ربنا ظلمنا أنفسنا و ان لم تغفرلنا و ترحمنا لكوننا من الخاسرين
Rabbana zalamnaaa an-fu-sa-na wa il-lam tag-fir lana wa tar-ham-na la-na-koo-nan-na mi-nal-khasireen.

My heart aches. May Allah ease the suffering of our brothers and sisters in Palestine. As Ramadan approaches, my emotions only intensify. The weight of guilt hangs heavy within me, knowing that I will soon break my fast while others continue to endure. The agony of thirst is unimaginable, and it brings me to tears. I find myself questioning when this torment will finally come to an end and how much longer it will persist. However, amidst the sorrow, I find solace in my gratitude for Islam and the blessing of fasting. Alhamdulillah. May Allah shower Palestine, Sudan, Yemen, Syria, India, Pakistan, and countless others with peace, relief, and justice. Let us not forget Haiti, regardless of their faith, as they too deserve Allah's mercy and tranquility. May our fasts be accepted and our prayers answered. Allahumma Ameen 🇵🇸🤲🏼😭
Please also include Nigeria, especially Northern Nigeria, tacking with severe Insecurity, Poverty, Banditry and many social ills

Assalyamualeikum 🤲 the answer to the question 2: The words that ALLAH received from Adam a.s. it is dua forgiviness in sura Al-Agraf (7:23) Our Lord, we have wronged ourselves, and if You do not forgive us and have mercy upon us, we will surely be among the losers (meaning)
7:23. The two replied: "O our Sustainer! We have sinned against ourselves -and unless Thou grant us forgiveness and bestow Thy mercy upon us, we shall most certainly be lost!"
