Want to check if we can take cdhdr and cdpos table dump and merge via tools like power bi,alteryx.. will it suffice instead of taking multiple reports for each master/transaction?

I think this Act doesn't say that you report all changes that have been made but it asks the auditor to ensure the audit trail is active and effective. There would be a genuine business reason for doing any modification in PR Release or Acct doc for example. Auditor has to report by sharing some sample that should be sufficient.
