Fair play to you... After years of fighting my GP on my heart and being told it was panic attacks I finally got a referral for a stress test which showed tachycardia and arrhythmia and was immediately referred to the matter for surgery. When I went back to me GP he said this to me "Oh so it wasnt all in your head". I am glad you got taken seriously eventually, our bodies always know the score but being gaslit into thinking that we don't have a clue is an incrediblely frustrating ordeal x

Jesus Michelle, I would have hit the roof at that comment. What an energy drain it is to constantly have to advocate and fight for what we need. Thanks for taking the time to watch, always so appreciated 💚

A very good friend of mine lives with bronchiectasis too. I had no idea how debilitating the condition could be when not managed properly, and I really commend you for all the work you put in to make sure your lungs remain as healthy as they can be. Amazing, too, that you’re sharing your journey on here. This video can be such an incredible resource for others going through the same thing, not only when it comes to the extra practices one can implement to help themselves, but also when it comes to advocating for themselves in a medical setting.

Thanks for watching Ana. It’s definitely a video I wish I could have watched a few years ago. I hope everything is going OK for you 💚

Thank you for sharing. So frustrating that you had to wait so long for the diagnosis. That GP is defo an angel! ❤

Clinicians complicating simple profiles. Basically just CO2 deficiency, either from endotoxemia or some other complex convergence of factors. Treatment: aspirin, sugar, raw carrot. Possibly acetazolamide or common anti-histamines like cyproheptadine. Very important to get enough dietary calcium to lower pt-hormone. More efficient therapeutical agent, while probably harder to get a hold of is progesterone (not progestin!). Important to aviod SSRIs. Basically just keeping you blood sugar up without soluble fiber. Low blood sugar stressing the liver causing it to leak fluids into the lungs. MDs know fuckall about physiology.
