Hi Kalim! Thank you for your videos, they are very inrofmative. I try to fix error 2, this is my first expirience with repairing electronics, previously I have never used soldering iron at all=) First I changed shorted IGBT. Error 2 gone, but Error 3 appeared instead=) Next I changed failed resistor (it was black and burnt, I heard they often still works despite this, but not in my case). The same Error 3. After that I changed optical element inside speed sensor. Not working either. Error 3 appears after I press Start button (3 seconds later), motor not moving at all (but it actually works, electrician tested it). During starting, I can hear several times clicking sounds of relay. After upper console shows "error 3", at bottom console led "LED 6 CONNECT" turns off.
What next should I try? Other transistors, resistors, capacitors, rectifiers looks good.

When I start the treadmill, the motor starts to turn off very quickly and then stops after about 4 seconds. There is no error code on the screen, the speed sensor is working, the mosfet is intact. Which parts do you think I should check?

Hello everyone, good day. I have a problem in three control boards ,same model Life gear 97370M ,pressing start button gives 320 VDC to motor pin out terminals and it is non controlled, no up no down. I have tried many times ,tested MOSFET IRFP460 ,bridge and other components , nothing looks bad

is this happen with any particular speed ?
typically issue is related to feedback .
sometime current sensing modules sends signals to the cards that motor is withdrawing more amperes.
