Jennifer these are so adorable! I wonder if you could put scented sachets inside before glueing the felt down, like strawberry etc to match the pie? You could set it on your warm stove after cooking and smell divine! Love your ideas and that huge ant 😊

I like your pies the first pie looks like a pumpkin pie u can put cinnamon sticks on top instead of cream but over all I really like them specially the strawberry one I make my own cloth strewberrys so that's a really good idea on putting one on top I am going to make some you gave me inspiration on doing some u made it fun

I was also wondering about putting a little weight in the pie pan using some little blocks or a few little stones using a little dab of hot glue to adhere them. The plastic bags are a great idea!💛

Each pie as sweet as the next! 😚
But then my mind started racing as you made each one and I was thinking about other flavors you can do! You can get a yellow felt piece for a lemon pie! Dark brown for chocolate pie! Black for blackberry pie! The possibilities are endless! 😋
I've gotten the Elmer's spray adhesive too and I love it! It does spray on purple then disappears. I've also gotten the can of adhesive spray and it works great too! There's another one like the Elmer's I've gotten also. Every time I see an adhesive spray, I pick it up to try.
The spray adhesive also works for attaching the felt to the lid and you don't have to wait as long for it to set. In fact, I've started using a squirt of the adhesive spray when I'm trying to put paper or napkin on a piece before I decoupage it. It keeps it in place until you get the coat of mod podge on it. ☺️
Someone mentioned that Walmart has the little individual pies (they were 50¢). And they have many flavors so you can pick up a few for eating and save the pans for making these pies!
But sadly, the ribbon you used for the crust hasn't been in my store. I check out the ribbon every time I go to DT. So hopefully I'll find something that will work. 😉
I know I have yellow felt so I can make a lemon pie! 🍋 I'm pretty sure I have red too and I wish I had 🍒 to put on top. 😘 But if I need to go to Walmart for more felt pieces, I can also look for lacey ribbon to use for the crust.

I made 3 pies already! They are so cute and easy to make! There are so many 'flavors' to try. I made blueberry with small wool balls on top as berries. I made a lemon with a plastic lemon slice on top. The cherry pie turned out cute too. I did have trouble with Elmers spray I bought, so I'll try the one you used. The glitter really adds the perfect touch!
