- What I eat in a day on #weightwatchers for #weightloss goals! I’ve lost 70 lbs on WW and gained back 25 lbs from that. I’m working towards healthy habits , mental work, more activity, and of course smaller portions without over eating to lose the weight.

Thanks for sharing, always enjoy your videos. Just a thought as far as your hair goes and braiding for overall waves, as you don't sleep well with braids, you might want to do this in the morning. Part your hair in the middle and then starting on one side of the part, horizontally divide your hair into at least 2 sections , putting the upper hair in a clip on top of your head. Braid the lower section and wrap that braid, then do the same with the upper section. Repeat on the other side. More layers, more wave, time consuming yes, but without actually having your hair cut into layers, it's hard to accomplish especially if you have thick hair. Love your videos and so happy to see you putting out more content. Btw, I'm telling my kids about the bangle you gave your mom,...I want one!

Sometimes when I feel lazy and don’t want to do French braids, I’ll do a two strand twist to the scalp and then divide it into the three for a braid on the ends. A two stand twist is a lot easier, just pick up a bit of hair every time you twist it until you get to the nape.

No no I recently started taking Wellbutrin for my depression and anxiety but it also helps with addictions even food addiction and it’s helped me some with over eating habits.

Boy, everything you made to eat looks truly delicious. Does fat-free half-and-half taste really different from regular half-and-half? I use half-and-half often in my coffee and it’s really so full of fat. It’s not good for me, but I love the taste of it.
It really doesn’t taste much difference I don’t notice a big difference :)

Hey girl! Love your videos! My Ob told me , If you’re trying to get pregnant try taking prenatal vitamins while trying to conceive . I took them while my husband and I were trying to conceive and I’m now 4 1/2 months pregnant with our second child . Maybe it’ll help you like it did me. It’s helped my hormones a lot . Thought I would share with you ! 🫶🏼🤗
