It's funny. It's actually Rock (Tanks) < Scissors (Mages/Evasion) < Paper( Marksmen). Tanks are supposed to "lose," to Battlemages and ADCs, since they don't burst and put out massive damage over time. Kai'Sa is even more of Paper than normal, since she is backloaded with Passive and Kraken Slayer.

I still don't understand why Orianna cooldowns are so low compared to how much dmg they do.
The only one that does meaningful damage outside of her ult is her W and it takes a 4th of her mana early game. Lol
You have to be really good at her to push the ball through people. If you are against something like a cassio / brand / xerath it isnt fun
Cause q n e is all about just position of the ball, w and r is the only reliable damage
Theoretically a Jayce should destroy an Orianna. He's a skirmisher, he's tankier, he has more DPS. If he jumps on her in melee form what can she really do? One rotation of her spells isn't near enough to kill him. I think this guy just wasn't playing aggressive enough. Perhaps he's not that confident on the champion.
