The home has great bones and layout and a killer view, but some of the finishes betray it. As a result, it comes off more as a kitschy beach vacation rental than a luxury home.

So carribean and outdated colors for exterior kinda like the dolphin mailboxes and palm tree on glass doors
Its florida time to put the pastels away for me at least
