    Seems like the horses all have spring fever this year. All the guards are amazing riders, and they are having ample opportunity this spring to show it.

    Excellent horsemanship. That horse didn’t want to work. You don’t often see a horse here rear that many times. Nice you got the 4pm inspection, too.

    Merci pour le respect que vous montrez au monde entier sur l'équitation européenne ! Vous êtes un exemple sur respect du cheval. Comme d'autres nations UE (fuck Brexit, you're always with us on ride ! )

    Looks like the horse knew it was time to change but his clock was a little fast it was just being naughty and trying to see who was boss but the guard showed him who was boss without drama he was calm and kept the horse under control it could have been a nasty situation but as usual the guards showed just how trained they are and how in tune they are with their mounts. Well done guys your all a credit to the nation

      He was spooked. A baby carriage with plastic covering was right in front of him . The mother removed that plastic so her baby could see the horse. The crackling noise of would have been enough to concern nearly any horse.

    • @lynnstorey8020
      @lynnstorey8020 Před 16 dny +3

      @auntyjilly1954. You did not see everything that happened beforehand , from saddling up onwards and may have led to the horse's behaviour. Surely incidents, including your own, have something that initiated an event even a mood. Horses are not robots no matter how much "training and conditioning" they have.

    • @Horseyperson12
      @Horseyperson12 Před 16 dny +4

      What? I doubt they have any abusive training. The Queen wouldn't have stood for it. Horses can stand for an hour without any damage being done physically or mentally. You see they don't beat the horses that refuse to cooperate. After applying the training the horse has had. They ultimately have to allow the horse to withdraw. They will probably have the horse have extra training to be with all those noisy inconsiderate tourists. They do it gently.

    • @maybarnard1088
      @maybarnard1088 Před 16 dny +6

      They only stand for an hour and have been trained to do that. These horses are military personnel not the soft show ponies most people are accustomed to.
