I'm really in love with the front end of the new Elantra n. It gave me a synthwave vibe, like 80s cyberpunk. I saw the car in real life three times, performance blue, black and gray. Honestly, I ordered mine in gray and in person the car looks so good. With the red and black accents, it's so nice.

I drive a wrx 2022 and I want to test the car first before getting it. Going back to front wheel drive when I'm awd.. I wonder if it makes a big difference in the driving experience (except in snow).
Ohhh hahaha. There’s definitely a difference between AWD and FWD but the Elantra N is an excellent handling fwd car. If you need the AWD though, then it may not be the best choice!
@@NinoDriven yes, we do have winter here, but I don't "need" awd. I think awd is nice to have, but where I live it's not necessary. I think it's the case for most people, awd is like a bonus, but fwd cars are good enough for winter.
Hey, just wondering if your N made the popping noises from the exhaust in N mode right away? Just got mine recently, has a little over 1000km on it and I don’t get any pops in N mode (the exhaust is on sport +)

No problem! The pops and bangs come when you stay in 1st or 2nd gear and let off the throttle at roughly 4500 RPM. When you’re in higher gears, the exhaust does pop (not as much as 1st or 2nd) but you most likely can’t hear it due to road noise. If you want loud pop and bangs then you want to stay in 1st or 2nd gear, rev up to 4500rpm and then let off the gas. Burbles happen at around 3.5k in 1st or 2nd gear when you let off the gas. I noticed that the car also pops louder when it’s fully warm. Make sure that your AC is fully OFF as I’ve seen instances where the AC being on gets rid of the pops and bangs.
