@pilot studd Thanks for taking the time to create it. @. I am having the same issue since my Community folder has close to 256 characters, so it is asking to move OIC from the community folder but then do some sort of junction from the community folder to the new folder which goes beyond my skill set

I get a notice to use the move-option in the OCI settings to relocate the package and add a junction-link in my community folder so msfs and AIM can detect the new OCI location without issues HUH???? I'm not savvy with this stuff...HELP

Sorted it all out. Took a while but have heaps of airlines and AI generated exactly where they should be. This is a great add on. Thanks for the manual and instructions to work through. Did a quick flight out of Dubai. Wonderful to see a line of emirates airliners along the terminals. Great stuff.

So glad you gave this a try. It’s on a whole other level compared with Aerosoft. Yes, it takes a bit more patience and perseverance to get it up and running, but when you do, it’s absolutely mind blowing. A couple of small bugs here and there but well worth the effort.
Just an FYI, if you hold down Ctrl, you can click on multiple airlines to install them all in one go.
To add to that, if you click on the top airline, scroll to the bottom, hold shift and then click on the bottom airline, it auto-selects everything inbetween!

@@PilotStudd I have one quick question, when the part where I download the airlines come, some of them work(the oci screen pops up) and I can download them, but when I want to download something like lufthansa or united, it never opens. Do you have a solution?

Just installed this (eventually)! It may have been updated since you wrote the guide but when both programs start the splash screen (which is not very clear as it's transparent) has a drop down box for you to select either FSX or FS2020. If you don't select one it just waits there looking like it's loading but goes nowhere.

Thanks for the great Guide and and video. I have it all working sort of. I have numerous Fpls downloaded including BA and Easy Jet. It is very accurate I was using Plane Finder on my phone and following BAW2609 Naples to LHR on it, sure enough it was also on MSFS in almost the same place amazing. My only issue was BAW2609 not in BAW livery it was using a generic colour scheme. Any idea where I might have gone wrong. I do have some BAW liveries scattered about Heathrow so I guess it is in there somewhere.
It took me 3hrs to install it, but my god it was worth it!

When looking for the OCI Directory, I can't find my community folder and I can't move it to desktop because it takes up too much space, how can I locate the community folder to find the aig traffic folder?

How much storage does this take up? And can I still have real player multiplayer on so I can see my friends?
Minus the live functionality, this seems very similar to World of AI for FSX/P3D. The beauty of that app was how easy it was on your system as the AI models were detailed enough to get the gist. How much performance impact are you seeing?

Hmm it worked like a charm for me - until yesterday. All over the sudden I always get instand CTDs when loading into a flight with AIG traffic in the community folder...
If I have AI traffic online inject the traffic from the controller then turn off once traffic is running all the traffic disappears? You mentioned you can turn it off it using live AI online ?

So, I think I messed up the installation for American Airlines and American Eagle, because both of these crashed AI Manager, and when it rebooted, and I tried to install them again, they're stuck on the first model they're trying to install. How can I fix this?
Many thanks for this guide. At me all traffic only is able to land. But he can't fly from the airport. I want to say that at the time of scheduled departure, the planes simply disappear from the parking lot. Is this normal for project promotion? Or am I having problems with a custom airport?

Question….I have started experiencing aig traffic not departing from runway.They would taxi, communicate with atc pushback etc, but when they line up on the runway,they would stop there and just be there forever until about next 15 minutes,they disappear. Have you ever had such issues? My traffic in sim is turned to off and traffic controller injects aig. Landing traffic works fine
I can only get to the point of downloading flight plans. I have tried downloading the ones as in your guide but get directed to website to download files and get stuck in a continual loop that I can only close by Task manager???
When I try to download the regional airlines it makes me download what I think is the CRJ series and it wants me to put the download into folders called main effects and Aircraft. Does anyone know where these are?

Everything works very well and the traffic is much more realistic. Nevertheless there are few planes and yet I am 100% sure how I can increase the traffic? thank you
Hi there. Question, i went today to AIG site to download AIG manager etc as per your manual but when i click on link on AIG site, it says file cannot be found. Do they have any issues on their site? Any workaround or alternative site i can download those to be able to setup AIG traffic with your manual
Hi there sadly AIG have literally just taken their software briefly offline, shouldn't be long I'll keep you updated.

Hello, I have an issue, when I click "AIGAIM-OCI" at 8:34 and run the setup, the "OCI-Directory" all is fine, and also the same with the "AIGTC directory" so then I click "setup" exactly how you do in the video, but then when I click setup I don't get the message you do at 8:48 the "AIM will now be closed, please restart" message doesn't appear for me, so I restarted it manually and when I loaded back up I checked "current path" and there was nothing there, so therefore it wouldn't let me install aircraft, so then I tried fully restarting the process and it showed the same message again, I don't know what to do I've tried pretty much everything to fix it, do you have any ideas?
I cant log into AVSIM thru the pop up but it works in the browser thus I can't check use ATC file.

AI manager and Traffic apps back online. Just finished all the basic setup. Now downloading flightplans, however it seems like their servers might be overloaded now as airplanes are dowloading super slow. My internet connection is super fast but something is still going on on their servers. I suspect that everyone now jumped to install flightplans
For some reason whenver I try installing an airline like American Airlines, it freezes and the download does not start... Ay solutions to this??
What is the sim in your intro video of London City? I've never seen MSFS look like that.

It is! Pretty cool A380 at the end, was in the exact location (albeit with a 6 minute delay)

What do people usually keep msfs2020 setting too. With Live and AI off I bring up AIG traffic manager everything loads fantastic planes appear and move around. But it doesn't seem to get airtraffic going further away. Landed in Atlanta from Toronto all planes were just chilling at the gate there was very little airtraffic once I got up. Closer to Atlanta all new planes loading in were just sitting at gates. Once I got to my gate AIG traffic manager just turned off and planes all disappeared no movement in Atlanta at all. So now I just using live traffic with all AIG liveries installed all 1154 but hate how planes just stop on the runway in live traffic mode and just sit there at times causing go arounds.
Hi PS and thanks for this proper work and the lots of time u did spend on it. Unfortunately i cannot install the AI Manager. The first screen ask me on the bottom to select the FS Version. A little dropdown menu is appear but there is nothing written in, i cant choose so the installer doesnt run through. Would you help me out with this problem?! Thanks in advance

I’ve gone through the process of installing. However, a message pops up that the OCI is installed in a directory that will come close to the maximum path length of 255 characters. Additionally when I try to install the AI airlines, on the ONLINE tab nothing shows up. So, there is no way to install the AI traffic. Please help me with this issue. Thank you!

I am thinkin of installing this having aerosoft simple traffic but u mentioned heavy on system do you thi k this would work on my system which automatically chooses high end pc 32 gb ram 6gb vram an i7 system nvidia 1660 Ti but I use air hauler 2 pilot 2atc fs realistic and rex real weather with msfs which runs all spot on even in kjfk
How come it shows "the flightplan you are about to install is not an official flight plan. It cannot be inst5alled using OCI".

This is a great video and a must for MSFS. I have followed your instructions and uploaded DHL but when I tried Easyjet and several others I got a message box telling me that I would have to load AIG manually and starts a download which I cannot place but I am not able to.?
Hi there, this is in the manual. Basically download the file as it asks, go back to the program and select the downloaded zip file
Maybe it is awesome traffic, but it stuck time from time on downloading airlines.
Restarted several times, sometimes is go ahead and sometimes not. Even let it do it stuff for a night, and after some good few hours it is still stuck on some downloads, need to restart it again and again....

the wait time is long for ai manager to start up, just wait for about 3-5 minutes
I have repeated the same install 3 times, when I get into the sim and into an airport, the planes are just sat at the gate and have generic models, on the aig manager no addon planes show up in the aircraft list which makes me think it is my community folder, but i have other addons working fine in there? any idea??

is there a way you can do a video on how to manually add them as everyone i try to install i get a popup that says "AIM is not able to download the file automatically. then brings up a window with a resource folder a x32 folder and and x64 folder.
