    You need to be confident in your hypopressives breath work and foundational poses before trying this video as it's an advanced hypopressives sequence.

    Just wanted to say again, you are amazing, Alice. You literally make every single day better for me because I do these every day. Changing women's lives one video a day!     thank you so much for blessing us with these free videos in here. I believe it's helped me so much and I have only done them here and there for less than a month! On my fitness watch would I put these down under "stretching" or pilates?
    again thank you, I will keep spreading the word on your videos. I even sent them to my girlfriend thats a dr but also had a hysterectomy like myself and she feels pressure in the pelvic area too.

    🎉❤❤😊 will be doing this one again! Had trouble with the standing poses… do you recommend skin rolling before hand?

      You can do - it does just feel more tricky in the standing poses but as long as your breathwork is the same, you can be confident you're doing it well even if it feels less vacuumey! If you know what I mean? 🙌🏻
