Dear Dr. Thank you very much for this video. It is really helpful. One general question I had is the following. I have seen some people suggesting that eating more (say 5 or 6) smaller meals a day is better than eating 3 regular meals. They say that larger meals increase glucose (and therefore insulin secretion) more than smaller meals. Smaller quantities of insulin secretion more frequently is better than larger quantities 3 times a day. Is this true, especially in the long term management of diabetes ? Thanks !

Dr Mohan, is it okay to take pregabalin-duloxetine (50/20) for 6 weeks for mild diabetic neuropathy (and possible mild depression) if one is on rasagiline 0.5 mg and pramipexole SR 1 mg for Parkinsons? Is it safe to use this combination of SSRI/SNRI alongwith an MAO-B inhibitor? i.e., in relation to serotonin syndrome? Would really appreciate this information. Thank you.

My grandmother was told she had gout and her A1c is below 5. She even has some white dusty soar on the end of her big toe. It started out like a small white pimple. It's huge now. She can't even walk. 😭😭 I'm so worried for her. I wish I could send you a picture of her feet and legs. She's in so much pain and she can't even stand up to walk.
