Credits to Arnie Roth and all the writers and artists of the original Barbie soundtracks. Of course, to the great composers Tchaikovsky and Beethoven as well for their timeless classical works. One of the things I love (and so many of you guys it seems!) from the early 2000's Barbie movies was their use of classical music. It provided such a beautiful and serene backdrop for all the stories.
I hope my piano renditions of these songs can help studying, working, relaxing (or just to have on in the background)! It's been so amazing to hear that these my playlists have been used for ballet/dance classes and even weddings! :) Honestly I'm happy if they can bring even just a bit of calm to your day. Anywhoo, let me know if you'd like to learn any of these arrangements and I will try my best to get the sheet music available for you to download!

I think a big part of it is that it’s just so bluntly earnest, like how often do you hear someone simply say “I love you the way you are and that will never change” in a song? Personally my favorite line is “And if what you are is a strange you, doesn’t mean you should change you, only means you should change your point of view.”

The song ''2 voices, one song'' made me cry. My childhood bestfriend and I were obsessed with that movie. We always watched it when we where together. We also played it out a lot singing and dancing... Sadly we grew apart. We both used to live in France but then I moved to the Netherlands to live there. At first we still had a lot of contact and she came to visit me and I her. But we're both 18 years old now, and I think we have not contacted each other in 3 years. And then I heard this song en it gave me chills as I direclty linked this song to her... shout out to Maïlys, my child hood bestie
