Thank you Ebontis for this guide. I went solo this morning, and although it took an hour for me, I was able to complete it! I used Riptide w/chill clip, Ammitt w/incandescent, and up until the boss stage I used Xenophage for distance and knocking those irritating mini bosses. The boss I switched to Dragons Breath. This was a fun one, and your guide was absolutely needed! Thanks again!!! 👍🏽👍🏽👍🏽

I just completed the mission. Only used your guide about halfway. The middle encounter gave me the most trouble because i wasnt using the guide at that point. Took me a minute to get used to the plates always rotating. I used stasis hunter grenade build to clear ads. Super was only a few minutes between uses. Thanks and have a happy and successful new yearrr

I was going to watch your longer solo guide, but this one worked for me perfectly. I completed it solo by watching the video as I played each objective. But if there are multiple catalysts for the bow, I might just watch the longer video anyway.

Great guide. Ran this solo solar Warlock. Wish-Ender, ammit ar2 and recurrent impact MG.
IAn the final room I stayed right behind cover. Pick off add; pop out refresh buffs snipe him a bit. Also run Sunbracers to spam grenades on him and his little friends
I did my first run through alone and this one is tough especially as a Warlock due to jumping. BTW in the section before using the transport the left side has a whole so you can get into there w/o a buff.

quick guide is dope bro. i am just getting back into destiny after taking a break for like 6 months. Time to catch up!
The boss has a super easy cheese.
Drop down get the 2 buffs. Jump straight back up to the edge on the see through vex wall. Just stand there and you can only be hit a little but you can actually shoot theough the wall.
At first i jumped up but dropped down to shoot my rockets and grenades and stuff and then jump right back up. I accidentally threw a nade and it went through so i started shooting and yep you clip through the wall.
It can get sketchy but it was very cheesey.
It appears that the recent update made that cheese spot dangerous to use. On 12/22 I died repeatedly there on my Titan. Earlier in the week, I had no trouble there on my Hunter and Warlock.

FWIW: Earlier, I used the 'in game' LFG to actually try it out, and, to get the Enthymeme (SP?) mission done; first I tried joining an existing team but the team leader must have fallen asleep; then I created several iterations myself, where, on different occasions, a few joined but then bounced whilst I was waiting for a 3rd to join...well, after several false starts, I looked instead to join a run - with just the one teammate who was the team builder...and as soon as I joined, he started the mission - just the two of us?!; long story short, we got it done okay; then, we ended up doing the next mission - can't remember the name, got that done, then on to this one (Star-crossed)...we got to the section before the final boss fight, kinda figuring out the mechanics by trial and error along the way...we were making good and steady progress when my teammate just exited for no apparent reason...leaving me in the lurch...ENDEX!
Tomorrow, I shall be better prepared to get this done, now that I actually know what we're supposed to be doing...after watching your excellent tutorial, for which I thank you!

Ngl, with a lot of the changes Bungie has made to the game - not to mention some of the crap implemented by upper mgt - I was ready to give up on the game. But as corny as it may sound, your guides have made the fame fun again.
Yours are much better than other content creators in that you don't assume that everyone playing the game has a dedicated fireteam, and are familiar with D2 lore or game mechanics.
I'll consider this your belated Xmas gift to me. 😁

I’m getting nasty image quality though. Don’t think it’s on my end because I’m not having problems with any other videos but can’t be sure.
I’m watching on 1440/60 and whenever you hold still it looks a little bleached but fine then as soon as you move the image gets really “dirty” like smudged and unstable.
Checked on 2160/60 and it’s the same. 🤷♂️

great guide Ebontis,but after trying this several times i have decided bungie can keep there epic bow,my problem is if i die i go back to the begining and that just frustrates me beyond belief,who ever thought of this is the one that needs sacking it really is to frustrating.

Agreed. And the resoawn points after dying in some spots are nuts when going solo.
It's pointless if you're time limited. Next time I'll try find a fireteam.

I ran it with a stasis hunter with Eyasluna, eremite, and dragons breath. I was hamstrung a bit with range, and it wasn’t precisely without death, but I made it.
What JUMP you use on titan?
You were spot on with the Fireteam finder! I tried to do this mission solo and just couldnt do it, tried FT Finder one tie and beat it first try! You da man Cheetah!
What section of Fire Team Finder do you find this in, as I can't find it? Thank You
@@Janeway2807 when you launch it go to seasonal tab and it was the third option down. I didn’t find much luck finding people to do it on normal but if you set it to legendary you can find a team fast. And it’s surprisingly easy on legendary with a fireteam haha
Tried to Solo this, Final Boss 25% health left and I died... I could have kept trying, but solo it is Difficult for a casual player like me and I am a Titan Main.. used the Breakneck with Kinetic Tremors.. That actually works great, Ammit and Staccato for Solar and the Dragons Breath... What probably happened is that I forgot to renew the red/orange buff... I did not see any Timers on the screen so thought it was not required anymore , but that may be a glitch... or is there a timer involved in the last Boss Fight, cause I was taking my time.. no idea. But it was fun, followed your guide as always, and got to almost finishing the final boss... it was obviously not flawless, died about 12 times during the whole run, which is pretty good for me... trying to solo it.. The Question I have is, Does it create a check point for the final boss? I had to leave it as I was tired after a long days work and just did not have the energy to keep going.
What do you mean controlled burst doesn’t work? Is it actually glitched on that weapon??

U can it's not hard use wishender until final boss. I used strand hunter died a few xs cuz I was stubborn and wouldn't watch vid till I was stuck.

Yeah I tried to run this mission by myself but I couldn't finish it . Most of the LFG or fire team finder are toxic ASHOLES . So this will be another exotic that I just don't have . Great video as always.
just really a great community. i watched this video to learn mechanics and asked for help from fireteam finder, easiest exotic quest i've ever done.
The mission is on weekly exptic rotation but it doesn't show up on my team finder. Do i have to create a fireteam manually for this mission?

Oh and if your a hunter good luck with the jumps . There's a lovely bug when you come to the cruse round the corner jump. If you miss you hit a lower ledge and create a impossible to get out of spawn point
As a new player, who just wants to build a strand bow, this mission is my ultimate goal
Riven had a mate. Her mate made a wish to scatter the eggs. He died because they are not allowed to make wishes for themselves.
The signs don’t even show for me in the open the way part. It shows on the door but it doesn’t show which sigil is where. I litetlwlt have no heckling clue where the bird or the snake is,
Ebontis, I have the same loadout and build, but you do way more dps then I do. I thought level was 5 levels above. I'm at 1818, you are at 1824. I guess it makes that much difference?

Video was a great help. I did it solo and just followed your guide !!. I Had much better luck using Strand instead of solar. Also, I had better luck with a machine gun than I did with a rocket launcher. However, as usual you video was amazing and save me a lot of time and frustration. Thanks love the channel

You can kill the wyvrnn without having the buff all the buff does is let u go through the red tunnels.
I did normal mode solo blind and I found the boss fight pretty tricky actually. Got it done surprisingly on my osmio warlock.

I did it solo as well and had the same experience everyone saying its ridiculously easy. Some pll thought if u ran oht of the buffs u wiped
I did the symbols otrom to top and it worked fime
Biggest danger in the boss room was just forgetting about recharging the buff. Died a load of times because of this, was absolutely screaming 😂
