I dropped a heavy object on my right big toe well over 30 years ago. This is my story...limited movement in the right big toe. Left me with left side planter fasciitis, under developed left calf and knee issues. The lack of VMO muscle in my left leg is noticeable. Through the good information I've gained from your site I'm also rehabbing a badly injured posterior tibialis. I've just started some specific exercises a couple weeks ago and hopefully I'm on the right track. Thank you for all the information, it's not easy to get information on this subject. Best wishes.

My wife’s right big toe stickers up and also when walking her toes tit the ground first. Nice video.

Thank you for this information. I’m currently experiencing severe pain in this area. Should I start your recommend exercises now or wait until the pain lessens? If I do them. Ow will it make the pain worse? Thanks again.

Sorry for the delayed reply, but you could start these now. It really depends on how severe your pain is. You could always email us at info@gaithappens.com to get in contact with one of our team members who can give you more specific advice. Thanks for watching and reaching out!

Is the big toe meant to be constant activate or connect to to the glutes?

But if you have retroversion hip your toes are going to point out. If you dont, then you will have hip problems.
