    Hi, I am planning to move to Ontario in a few years. I am a single working in the finance industry. I want to know the pros and cons between Missisauga, Markham, Thornhill and Woodbridge. I want an area with multiculturalism, many activities to do, nice parks, shopping centers, cinemas, can make a good income. Any information would be appreciated.

    I received Minor Student Visa offer letter from Medicine Hat Catholic Board of Education for my grade 6 son, including a Guardian visa for his parent through a reputation agency.
    My question is; Are they allowed to work Kid's Guardian in Canada with permission of a lawyer ?

      I would suggest contacting an immigration lawyer or check online as to the employment rules. Medicine Hat is in Alberta. And I am a realtor in Ontario so my specialty is real estate sales here.

    Hello mam, Thank you for this video.This really clear my all doubts about Mississauga because when i decided to apply for this city, everyone said me that job opportunities are very less as it is considered as a background region and also due to bad weather. But please can you tell me about Sheridan college (is it good for further study?) and i scored overall 6.5 but 5.5 in writing....is these scores are good for applying or not?

      A lot of clients' children attend Sheridan college and I understand that it offers great programs. I am not certain what their entrance requirements are but I would call their admissions office or check on the Sheridan website to confirm this...Best of luck.

    Hi! How much is the average price for long term rent for a 1 bedroom apartment or condo close to school district. My son is in secondary & my daughter in primary.

    • @Livingintorontocanada
      @Livingintorontocanada  Před 3 lety +1

      Rent for a One bedroom in Mississauga ranges from $1800-2200 per month. It depends on the location. You may find cheaper basement apartments or shared accommodations. Typically a private landlord who has not listed their property on MLS.

      If you looking for a room to rent you will have more luck on Kijiji as our MLS system doesn't have rooms. We have condos and houses for rent.

      The best thing to do is go for an Airbnb. Our MLS system doesn't have monthly rentals. You can check the Airbnb website.

    Hello mam.
    I am from Bangladesh. If I will get an offer letter from Canadore College for PGD program.
    My IELTS score is 6 (W-5.5, S-6, R-6, L-6) and if I want to apply for getting the Canadian visa, Is there any chance to get rejected for this IELTS score?
    If all my other documents are correct, will there be any problem in getting the visa for this IELTS result?

      My apologies but I am not an expert in the immgration department...you would have to contact the canadian government or the school administrator to get further advise...
