She may not be able to afford the dress but she sure is rich in friends. Lovely woman.
Beautifully said.
Yes, and that's so much more important than money.
@@AS-yz2iz yep
@@AS-yz2iz no friends are useless and a waste of time.....
@@rehnumatasnim1141 Why so bitter
My son has had a girlfriend who saw him through cancer, chemo, etc, and they're getting married next year. She's a keeper.
I hope your son is ok!
I bet he's a good man, that's why he got a good woman too đ„°
Best wishes!
Aww she awesome
God please heal him
When the friends helped pay for it, it actually had me tearing up.
Me also.
Same â€ïž
đ Well my cynical shadow comes out and guesses she was fishing for that response.....sort of thing I would do......đ
Me too. Such a beautiful moment. That is what you call a good friend.
Same here omg
Are we just going to blow past the fact thatâs sheâs 36?!?! Her skin is incredible, she looks like sheâs 22.
Right??? She looks amazing! 22 is the exact age I'd put her at just by looking at her.
36 is very young. That's how 36 looks and should look. I'm 34 and my skin looks the same as when I was 21.
Oh my gosh! Totally missed that part. She looks in her 20's. Gorgeous
She looks 36. Sheâs black đ€·đœââïž
Black don't crack.
This episode isn't about the dress, but about the circle of friends and their love for the bride. Love it!
She looked gorgeous in all the dresses. â€ïž
Hello Nanniej how are you doing today ?
It's amazing
Watching her cry made me cryđ€§â€ She's a cancer survivor and I love how her friends all stood by her side when she was fighting cancer and all decided to pitch in to help pay for the dress when it was a little over budget. That's what friends are forâ€
Yes!
Ou
That girl really truly has good friends I can see why they're her support group
Yes. I agree. In moments like these, tge bride should b blessed to have a true friends who stand by her. She look gorgeous witg that dress.
She hit the jackpot when she became friends with those ladies. We should all be so lucky to have friends like that.
Yes...I have my own set of friends. Male, best friends, but we're all so close; I'm their sister and they're my brothers, have, been for 8 years now. I know without a doubt they love me dearly as much as I love them!
Her friends are so sweet đ
Friend 1: "I will pay the difference"
Friend 2: "I was gonna say the same thing! Lets do it!"
Bride: "No..đą" ak (you guys don't have too)
Friend 1: "Idc, you aint leaving here without that dress đ€"
So heartwarming....she has great friends which means she's a great friend too. â€
I feel like they're the best friends to bring in an appointments like this. Not just because they were willing to pay the difference but they understand that this moment was a blessing to begin with. Some entourage pursue brides to go way over budget without thinking about how it will affect the overall budget of the wedding but this group did what best friends could ever do to make the special day much more special.
Finally a bride with REAL friends
What do you want more when you have so many supportive people in your life.
my goal in life is to have friends like that. Blessed group of ladies here.
& be a friend like them
Me too.
I do.. They're my life, my bothers in the soul forever...had I not met them, I would not be here. Sincerely wish and hope you find your found family!
I was secretly wishing the friends would split the $400 overage among them. How wonderful they are to do so. And BTW, the groom is quite handsome :) and a real man for supporting Joya through this ordeal.
They are truly great friends that are compassionate, loving and âride or dieâ.
I am a lung cancer patient myself undergoing chemo and soon to be doing radiation. This makes my heart soar. Thank you for helping this patient. God bless.
I hope you will get better soon . May god save you đ
Sending positive healing energy your way âšđ
May God help you to be healthy and heal fast so that you can enjoy your life with your family and friends always!
I pray for your healing!!!đđŸ
May God heals you in the Name of Jesusđ
Her reaction when her friends said theyâd pay for the dress was so sweet and humble. Other girls on this show would say, âok, yeah you pay the difference.â Sheâs an angel đ„ș
I'm getting married in December and my bff made it known to me that she's purchasing my dress đ. Tears in my eyes as I type. I'm grateful for her frienship.
Iâm a breast cancer survivor and this made me cry. What great friend!
Hello Josephine how are you doing today ?
FINALLY! An episode where the entourage is supportive and full of beautifully hearted people.
The best bridal party I've ever seen or imagined in my life.. She has the greatest friends..this is fairytale friendship â€ïž
Usually Lori lowers the price for cancer survivor as she is one herself, Iâm kinda surprise she didnât do it this time. Maybe this is filmed before Loriâs diagnosis?
That was my immediate thought đ€ but this is a tv show. Maybe she had a conversation with the friends prior đ€·đŸââïž
I think so. The lighting is really dark so it's definitely an older episode.
I wonder if they did make an adjustment that was off camera, because it seems like the consultant was reading the price off a piece of scratch paper, not the tag.
Jennifer M. That's for the alterations as well
This is an episode from one of the first two seasons. Lori wasnât diagnosed with cancer until I believe season three or four.
The fact that her friends didnât even bat an eye and offered to help!!! Yup I cried because thatâs what she deserves after all sheâs been through is happiness â€ïžâ€ïž we should all be so lucky to have friends like hersđđŸđđŸđđŸâ€ïžâ€ïžâ€ïž
I'm a survivor as well. How incredible that they all cut their hair for her!!
That dress looks stunning on her, so elegant. Her friends are so kind and loving and with everything she has been through they want her to be happy. These are true friends
Man, I started bawling when her friends were willing to cover the difference. I think anyone who loved her and could pitch in would. That's what you do for those you love, but still, it meant so much. What a beautiful end.
This reminds me of when I was younger, a friend of mine helped pitch in for a prom dress I wouldn't have been able to afford because it was gorgeous and the only one that really fit who I was but I had a tiny budget. It's such a heartwarming thing to have friends that will help you through thick and thin and want you to be as happy as they can help make you.
That was very kind.
Those aren't just friends, they are family đ
Warms my heart. I lost my 33 year old daughter to cervical cancer almost a year ago... never married... this truly makes me so happy....
Now those are good friends, through and through. They have her back 100% â€ïž
This group is my all time favorite group I have seen on this series. Thatâs real love, real friendship, real support. đ„°
The first time a large encourage is unanimously supportive
She's such a lady.... I'm glad 2c friends step up to pay the difference.
That can be their wedding gift.đ
The fact she kept saying "I do", when she wore that dress, really means so much more. It's the literally the dress she is going to wear for her one and final "I DO!"
Was crying at just the intro.. cutting their hair and by her side through everything.. true ride or die sisterhood â„ïž
This girl deserves her beautiful dress and I'm glad that her friends love her so much that they won't let her leave the store without it
finally, a bride who has an amazing group of people helping her search for a dress, so happy for her
She has wonderful friends who love her very much. If only we could have seen her walk down the aisle in her beautiful dress.
Hello Alicia how are you doing today ?
The fact that they wonât even let her leave the shop without the dress and to pay the difference for her, they are such good friends.†She is so blessing.đ„°
With friends like these she is so rich
No amount of money can buy that sisterhood
Looks absolutely beautiful in that dress
Wishing her all the best đ
Hello Cathy how are you doing today ?
I almost cried when her friends offered to split the difference on her dream dress
You won the friendship lottery!đ
This episode must be before Loriâs cancer and since that sheâd have so paid the difference herself God bless her
True friendship. She is so lucky to have them around.
I feel like the staff tried to paint the friends in a bad picture. But they were supportive, helpful friends
She has a beautiful circle of friends. My question is that Lori has given dresses away to cancer survivor, went to the hospital to have on a young lady to try on dresses, etc. Why did this have to be different?
This was in the earlier seasons, lori had her diagnosis is season 4 I believe, so it was before her experience and personal connection, so she didn't do that yet
Those ladies are so elegant and well-educated.... I love them.
Thank goodness for heartfelt friends. Even though it wasn't that much over budget I would have paid the difference too. This dress was made for her. She'll look amazing walking down the aisle.
First few seconds and i am bawling. Its hard to get such amazing friends in today's world. I must say she is the richest woman in my eyes.
THATS how friends are supposed to step in and be there for the bride... Not like some of these crazy chicks you see making the bride try stuff thats double the budget and expecting someone else to pay... This was a great episode =)
The definition of a true love for your girlfriend!
Sweetest bride this show has ever had. She looks beautiful. I hope she lives long and prospers.
What wonderful friends she have offering to help her buy her dream gown. So much love. And that one determined friend that had made her mind up to pay the difference. You could tell she was not going to budge. What a wonderful person.
That's what good friends are for. Wonderful episode.
What a heartwarming episode. Bless her, and her supportive friends!
Hello CeCe how are you doing today ?
Now that's a real family. The bride looks beautiful.
Iâve watched sooo many of these episodes with my mum and this has to be The Best One, because itâs such a beautiful story of amazing friendship.
They knew they had to make her dream come true for their friend. I would do the same thing for my Bestie.
This may be the most wholesome episode of Atlanta so far!
What sweet friends. :) I'm so glad she got the dress she wanted. She looks beautiful. :)
Wow when they showed the photos of the bride and her groom... oh my. Beautiful couple! Beautiful friends! Just Beautiful â„ God bless everybody!
God has blessed her with some wonderful and true friends. Iâm so happy that you have overcome your breast cancer. I pray you have a long and a joyful life.đđœâ€ïžđđœ
This was so amazing. The bride was beautiful. But her friends were her Angel's. Wow oh wow.
God bless her friends for sticking with her and helping. May the beautiful bride live a long and happy life!
She must be a wonderful young lady to have such wonderful, giving friends.
This was the most heartwarming episode of SYTTD Iâve ever seen. I love the fact that the brideâs friends are so supportive and caring about her dress decision. Those are some great friends.
This is my favorite episode ever. Beautiful bride blessed with wonderful friends making magic happen.â€ïžâ€ïžâ€ïžâ€ïžâ€ïžâ€ïžâ€ïžâ€ïžâ€ïž
Hello Laurie how are you doing today ?
Melted my heart - what a wonderful episode! The bride must be a wonderful person to have such great friends.
I knew they were going to do that. Lord. It made me so emotional. Such a beautiful episode. May God continue to cover and keep them in the mighty name of Jesus.
What good friends. She deserves it!
I just cried so much at the end. Sweet bride. Caring friends.
Joya really is a Joy to be around. I love her friends, they are all so loving and caring †This is awesome đ đ đ
Beautiful, sweet and humble bride with some truly great friends.
Hello Renee how are you doing today ?
This made me cry. To have such caring and wonderful friends like that is truly amazing.
Ok Iâm crying with Joy and her friends. Kind of burned my nose a little trying to hold back tears đ
Dem friends are too precious â€ïžâ€ïžâ€ïž had me tearing up but their friend and her happiness also means the world to them and you just can't beat thatâ€ïžâ€ïžâ€ïž
This bride is lucky to have so very much love, in her life. Her friends love her a lot. That was a huge show of love to help pay for her dress.
Bride and Entourage: love the dress
Consultant: "let's take a look at the price"
Bride: "you should've done that before"
Me: ain't that rightđđŸ
I am glad she beat the hell out of cancer, and now she able to live life an encourage other women who's battling that awful disease. â€đđ§Ą
This melt my heart. I think she is a good friend, so she deserves to have the loves from her friends
Joya's true wealth is in her friends. đ
I love her friends! This is the nicest large entourage I've seen on one of these shows!
I'm not crying-you're crying!
Such a beautiful woman.
All the best!đ
Those friends are priceless. Thatâs beautiful.
The dress looks beautiful on her.
This bride is so sweet and humble and her girls are the best!!!!!
I'm so happy to see how blessed you are to have such good friends.
She deserves it!! She looks beautiful!! So pretty and so happy she's cancer free.....praise the Lord!!! Friends forever!!!! đâïžđđ»
This is the kind of wonderful friend with a good heart who doesnât want to impinge on others but if the table had been turned, she would have been the first person to offer to pitch in and to pay the difference in the price of the dress. I get the impression that she completely deserves these precious friends that she has.

She is BEAUTIFUL. she attracts beautiful ppl to her, inside and out. This is a great episode! This is my favorite episode! Thank you for sharing this moment.

@@markjohnson622 the weather is still good the humidity as gone. Cant complain. When it snows it lasts for months.
These are true friends. God bless this union. Continued good health. Be blessed.
I'm glad her friends came throughđ„°. It says so much about their character
When the friends started offering to pay the difference I thought of my own group of friends and how we would do the same for any of our friends and then started getting even more emotional
I just love this family. Thatâs what they are they are way beyond friends. Aside from the paying for the difference of the dress but the cutting of the hair and the way they talk about her. Just extremely loyal, loving & supportive đ„Č
Beautiful friends, gorgeous couple I wish them all the best for the future.
đđđ great set of friends!
Hello catting how are you doing today ?
Thatâs exactly what I would expect her friends would do for her! They could all pitch in to make her dreams come true and it wouldnât break the bank. I wouldâve been surprised if they didnât offer to cover the difference since they were there for her through her illness. Theyâre real friends!
Her friends aren't wrong, she looks stunning in a strapless. But her comfort is paramount. This is not one of those cases where the entourage is ignoring her. They just needed to reconcile their perception of her, with her own perception of herself. And they jumped on board when they saw the disconnect. great friends all around.
She looks beautiful in this amazing dress. What a sweet gesture from her friends.
As a survivor of Leukemia, this is amazing!!!
God, Sister Love Is Real. Thank You All For Being There For Her.
