Every levels in this game have it's own genre. That's why some of them scary and some of them brutal.
Each level is supposed to offer its own experience. Levels such as the monkeys and the gold watchers are supposed to create a feeling of anxiety. While levels such as agatha the dread duckies and the trigger teddies cause more fear. Imo the reaper nurses and the joy joy gang offered more of an action/adrenaline experience. Which is also good. But they also scare you many times. You can get jumpscared in any level. Without the necessity of a death screen
