2000sq ft construction ×2000per Sq feet= 40lakh, if you can negotiate and get some affordable materials then can be done at 35lakh, I'm not a professional but can quote the above price by my previous research.

This will be approximately 1750-1800 square feet. Construction cost with interiors will come around 45 to 52 lakhs including interiors excluding site cost. It depends on your city/town because labor costs, raw material prices vary from place to place.

@@jagathidg3891 Jazzy architecture is the "in" thing currently. But the style will fade away after 2 decades. These kinds of structures look attractive now. Personally even I too like them. See some contemporary and traditional styled architectures by searching on CZcams. Traditional styles never get outdated. Of course, you need to have a liking to those kinds of architecture.
Do your homework. Some interior people will cheat a lot by providing inferior plywoods and charge you a bomb. Even flooring, enquire a lot, visit a lot of granite and marble dealers. They may give you a good discount on "a slow moving lot".
100s of articles are available on Quora written by people like you and me who've gone through home construction experience. You will learn a great deal by reading their experiences and also many ways where a contractor or an interior designer will take the client for a ride.
