Joints crack in the case of V boards, even after using wire mesh. I think AAC panels also will have the same joint issue. Can you clarify?

The ratio of vertical joint crack is very low in these panels compared to V board and AAC block. Generally PU sealant is the best option to prevent cracks.

AAC BLOCK മെറ്റീരിയൽ ഉള്ളിൽ ഉള്ളതിനാൽ വീടിന്റെ അകത്തേക്ക് ചൂട് എടുക്കൽ വളരെ കുറവ് മാത്രമാണ്.. മാത്രമല്ല തീ പിടിച്ചാൽ കുറഞ്ഞത് 2-3 മണിക്കൂർ വരെ ഫയർ റെസിസ്റ്റൻസ് ഉണ്ടായിരിക്കും... കേരളത്തിലെ എല്ലാ കാലാവസ്ഥയിലും ഈ പ്രോഡക്റ്റ് അനുയോജ്യമാണ്.

V board is light weight compared to AAC panel. AAC panel is a solid one. For fixing walls you have to use 2 V board`s istead of a single AAC PANEL. cost wise and quality wise, aac panal is advisable than V board.

എനിക്ക് വീടിനോട് ചേർന്ന് ഒരു മുറി ഇറക്കാൻ ഉദ്ദേശിക്കുന്നു. വീട് കോൺക്രീറ്റ് 2 ബെഡ്‌റൂം, 1 attached bath room, kitchen, hall, sitout and projected work area.
ഇനി room ഇറക്കേണ്ടത് ഹാളിനോടും, വർക്ക്‌ ഏരിയയോടും ചേർന്ന് ആണ്.
AAC panel ഉപയോഗിച്ചു പറ്റുമോ. ചിലവ് എന്താകും

Fiber cement board ആണ്.. ഉള്ളിൽ aac യും..സിമൻ്റ് വച്ച് തേച്ച പോലെ തന്നെ ഇത് നിൽക്കും. വെള്ളം വീണാൽ കേടാവില്ല.. പക്ഷേ water proof അല്ല..water resistance ഉള്ള പെയിൻ്റ് അടിച്ചാൽ മതി.
