Ingredients材料:
150g (9 pieces) Digestive biscuits, finely crushed （消化饼干碎）
60g/ 1/4 cup butter （牛油）
500g/18 oz cream cheese (奶油芝士)
100g/1/2 cup caster sugar （细砂糖）
30g corn flour (玉米粉)
3 large eggs （鸡蛋）～ Grade A
200g Sour cream (酸淇淋）~ 200g dairy whipping cream mix with 1 1/2 tbsp lemon juice （200克动物性鲜奶油加入1 1/2汤匙柠檬汁混合均匀）
Crumble （奶酥)：
100g/ 3/4 cup plain flour （普通面粉)
45g / 3 tbsp caster sugar （细砂糖）
50g salted butter（盐味牛油）
50g / 1/2 cup walnut , toasted and chopped （烘香核桃，切碎）
Filling （苹果馅) :
2 green apples （青苹果，去皮切丁）
1 tsp lemon juice （柠檬汁）
2 tbsp caster sugar （细砂糖）
1/4 tsp ground cinnamon （肉桂粉）
2 tbsp raisins （葡萄干）
1 tsp plain flour （普通面粉）
Bake in water bath at 160°C for 70minutes.
用水浴法，以160°C烤70分钟。
