Slowed down jingles are supposed to be funny, but at this point it's not even a joke anymore, it's so comforting, warm, soothing.
You should check out the paulstretched PS2 startup sound.
I like most of the slowed down windows sounds. XP, 95 and 2000 are really nice and soothing ambient rollers, 98 is a stronger and grittier sound which i personally like aswell.

It's interesting what people take from what was essentially just an experiment. While it has quite a heavenly sound, it's not death or heaven itself that I personally associate with the track. More just the feeling of a high altitude I always got from the original jingle.
