However in times when she's calm, I do have conversations with her. I remember vividly in one of our conversations she told me to study so hard to be a nurse to be able to help people like her and that got to me really hard.

Ma passion of being a midwife started when I was small and it’s increased when ma mum admitted to the hospital to deliver, as the first born of the family and the elder one I was asked to be with her in case she needs anything, so as I was there with her there was this midwife who was attending to ma mum , I really admired the midwife because of the qualities she posses, she was very kind and patience and most importantly she was very humble, I liked the way she treated my mum throughout her labor till ma mum delivered so when ma mum was discharged I approved th midwife and told her I really liked the way she treated ma mum and she asked me what I wanted to in future and I told her I want to be just like her and she said I should pay it forward 🙏
Nursing is a field that I love to enter since childhood cos anytime I go to the hospital I see how nurses take care of me and their hard work toward patients so I decided to become a nurse to care and love other people.
I am always worried any time I see my college person suffering from a sickness or in a very difficult situation, and I will want to help by caring and providing support for him or her out of the situation. This is what I think being a nurse will help me to achieve my goals because nursing is a caring and supportive profession.

Nursing has bin my dream since i was little,and i remembered when my brother was sick and was admitted in the hospital the nurse on duty dat day took good care of my brother and she was all smiles and very smart i knew right there and then that i was at the right track of me wanting to b a nurse.
As a child i took care of two adults. First was when my uncle had an accident and i would give him his routine drugs,empty his waste content and secondly my old great grandmother. As a teenager i stayed with my pregnant aunty snd went on all hospital appointments with her, the doctors would give me instructions and asked me to make sure i helped her follow it. This gave me satisfaction and fulfillment, so I took a liking to the nursing profession. I want to feel the same satisfaction that i felt in those times

I have always had passion for nursing as midwifery that I had to volunteer to assist nurses in a private hospital and this gave me opportunity of being close to k passion but then I need a proper guidance and education for dreams to be a reality.

My mom wasn't a nurse but for the few years I spent with her I could see the passion for helping others in her eyes so when I finally lost her to kidney issues in 2021, I saw people most of whom I've never met in my life coming to give tributes at her burial saying how she was a good person and how she always went out of her way to help those in need when she was strong and that was around the time I was thinking of a career path, so I did my little research and I just knew this was what I wanted to do.

I choose to become a nurse because when i was young i was sent to the hospital within some few minutes my parents was told that am dead but there was this doctor that said i wasn't dead he find ways and means to find my veins and here i am alive wanting to pursue a nursing course i really liked the courage of the doctor i had always wanted to be like him and also save other people .

Nursing has always been my profession since childhood,I love everything about nursing and all this while I have been living with my aunty and she is a midwife and I have really learn a lot from her,assisting pregnant women,educating them on their health and the unborn baby, they help pregnant women during Labour and child birth.
I want to be a mental health nurse when a was younger my best friend in school was diagnosed with autism. I saw how difficult it’s. Almost students are making fun of him. Even the teachers thought he played so much without knowing he had been diagnosed with autism and Learning Disability. He couldn’t get any help. I want to be nurse so that I can help people like him and be their advocate and spread more awareness on mental health illnesses

I chose midwifery has my carrier when I was in JHS, i was in the house alone with my pregnant mom and she was in labour, no one was around it was a farming season so she didn't want me to know what has going on, so I want close to her to talk and i notice, so I wanted to help her to the clinic and suddenly the baby was coming out so i have to use my hands to collect the baby, so from then I chose midwifery as my aspect

Since my childhood, I have a passion to become a midwife and in my village, there is no professional midwife there and the hospital too is far so anytime pregnant women are in labor, the old women that doesn't know much about child delivery that help them and due to that some of the babies or their mothers are lost. I want to become a midwife so that anytime am around I can help them to deliver their babies safely.

I want to be a midwife because I have a passion for it and it all started from my grandma. Should I say she was the midwife in the community where I was and any time someone is in labour, they always come to cal herl and she will take me along. What I love about her was how she was communicating with them.she always tell them to take their time,do this, do that and the caring for them moved me to become a midwife.

Well, when a patient asked for something outside the nursing guidelines, if only I can help I will help the patient but if not I will let them understand the reason why that problem can not be solve
