    1tsp cumin seeds
    1tsp black pepper corns
    6-7 cloves
    2 black cardamom
    10 green cardamom
    1 mace
    1/2 piece nutmeg
    2 star anise
    1tbsp fennel seeds
    1tbsp coriander seeds
    1/2tsp citric acid
    1tsp ginger powder
    1tbsp Kashmiri red chilli
    1tbsp salt
    1/2tsp turmeric powder
    1tsp red chilli powder
    For Nihari
    1/2 cup oil
    1kg chicken
    1(medium size) onion
    1tbsp ginger & garlic paste
    4 cups water
    3tbsp all purpose flour
    1 cup water
    Green chilli
    Coriander
    Lemon juice
