I'll never forget this game. I had never been to a finals game before this. My boss knew I was a tigers fan and asked me if I was going but I told him my mates and I couldn't afford tickets... $150 for decent seats. So 5 minutes later he came back with 3 tickets seated right down the bottom behind the goals and said "enjoy the game mate". I could not believe it.

Whenever Geelong and Richmond have a match it’s always a good match
Except for home & away 2019 when Geelong slammed on 12 goals in a row against the Richmond reserves and won by 10+ goals. That counted for nothing when this rematch came around with all the Tiger big boys back in action. Bad luck Catters such flat-track bullies.

The one thing I actually miss the most is crowds like this
Never had been to a final in my entire life! The day before this game I started getting a 43 degree fever and slept all that day. Ended up convincing my dad to let me go, as he'd paid so much for the tickets. Had tons of Panadol what a game that was!

a great game and unfortunately I missed it, was a friend's brithday and constantly checking the scores, tom lynch paid off his contract that night.
And now they will battle it out in the 2020 Grand final.

Is someone gonna tell you that the 2000s is a century, not a decade? Ever heard of the 1900s or the 1800s? You might be less confused if the title included the words "So Far" because there are about 80 years left to go in this century. Hope this helps.
