Flashlight, headlamp... that's a long conversation. I have many from over the years. Most of the cheaper ones no longer work, some of the little more expensive ones no longer work or have changed functions that are less desirable. I use a Fenix headlamp 1 battery included I purchased from REI, also purchased 2 extra batteries that are sold separately from Fenix. (REI does not carry) Enjoyed watching. Thank you for sharing. Hey Jason, Good to hear from you again. For many years, I bought Tikka Petzl headlights for about $20 to $30. I have owned about 25 of them. At first, I liked them but most broke after 5 or so camping trips. These tactical flashlights are much easier to replace batteries and seem to last longer. Is your headlight more durable? What did it cost? Thanks for your friendship.
@moderntentcamping ... the Fenix headlight is very durable, it can be removed from the headband. It has a strong metal clip, it can be also used as a flashlight. Price at $59.95
