A little bit of curdling in a shot can be ok (usually not enough acid to make it curdle really bad, and you're taking a shot so you don't really notice) Pouring Bailey's and cream in Coke and lime is one of the grossest things I could imagine drinking (unless you filter out the curds, then you've made milk punch).

I do not drink but some of these look weird. Also, I am still wondering how the flat beer just fizzed up? Did he twist the chopsticks really fast or did he just have to slap them together? Also, is the bubblegum one real or is it just a random and weird one?

Bartender here...the beer trick is sort of a fake...it only works for a second. It's the type of thing a bartender does when a waiter takes too long to deliver a beer, and the 'head' of foam goes flat. Give it a quick stir with almost anything, and the beer will produce a second foam (that only lasts long enough to serve). The problem: It removes even more carbonation from the beer, so it tastes flat when you drink it. It doesn't magically create more carbonation. The fastest way to do this is to just stick a paper-wrapped straw into a flat beer very quickly, then pull it out. Looks like a new beer for about five seconds, LOL. But yeah, some of these drinks were very sus. Putting dry ice into a drink can kill someone. Dry ice is for display ONLY.

You blow the drink out, wait a minute for the rim of the glass to cool, and then drink it. Generally, it's a bad idea to make flaming shots, as people will try to drink them while they're still on fire. Many humans are very stupid.

Most of these aren't actual cocktails, just ingredients that match well to make a pretty looking drink, taste wise most of them would probably send you to the hospital for diabetes.

Step one- Add Bailey's to random concoctions.
Step two- Realize in horror that you just curdled your perfectly good (even if overpriced) irish cream.
Step three- Throw that garbage out and go look up some real recipes.
But drunk college girls can't stop ordering the "Bloody Brain" shot, ROFL. They deserve the sickness an hour later, if you're asking me. You know what a great dessert shot with Bailey's is? Fill a traditional shot glass with Kahlua (coffee liquor) most of the way. Top with a bit of Bailey's. It's called a "Baby Guinness," and it's adorable. Not only does it look exactly like a tiny pint of Guinness, it's great served with coffee and dessert. People can drink the shot or pour it into their coffee. That's how you use Bailey's in a novelty shot, no curdling at all.

Some of these look like it would feel like a loogie going down and instantly make me vomit.
As a bartender, I can reassure you that it takes about 35-45 minutes before you would barf from these drinks. Why people want to drink curdles is beyond me.

How are you meant to drink the dry ice one? Is it just for show? You should probably specify that one before someone try’s to make it and dies.
I wish i had this person liquor store id be lucky to find a quarter of some of these fruit liquors. I didnt even know tangerine vodka Was a thing.
Don't, these concoctions are abominations, these guys have no clue what they're doing. If you're considering of getting a home bar, just focus on a few decent base drinks, like mojito, gin tonic/fizz, moscow mule, etc. You barely need any supplies for these and they look/taste better than any of these abominations.
