Totally valid. It’s like Gen one is beta testing, but the public does the tests. Gen two will hopefully be better ratio of good vs lemons

a little ballistol on the bolt and rod improved the reliability of my hpss quite a bit. that is a nice little beast i might upgrade eventually
It's cool hearing the difference in velocity as consecutive shots drain the air.
That's honestly what keeps me from getting one of these - inconsistent velocities and experience to rely on them for anything practical. Well, that and the price tag.

I agree, if I spend a good amount of money on an air rifle I want it to preform like it should with no major problems.
All I can do is show my actual range days, my genuine experience. Good or bad, I film these episodes so you guys can see the AVERAGE usage and choose for yourselves. 🎯

At double the price of a really nice AR... There shouldn't be nearly the amount of problems and unreliability issues that this carbine is plagued with.
I think if AEA would make metal magazines or upgradded mags then these guns would be better
My mags are better than any factory mags for the s45 no contest. 357 version coming soon, 457 is already an instant classic
AMEN!!!! YES!!!! PLEASE AEA!!! MAKE YOUR MAGS OUT OF METAL, ALUMINUM ALLOY AT LEAST!! HOW I WISH. I have about 8 magazines , I'm not lying, in my graveyard bag of AEA HP SS .30 cal mags all have broke due to the plastic backing failing. When Metal meets plastic, it fails miserably. All .....my mags, every single one of my magazines that have failed, have broken the same exact way, the backing snaping off from the tension of the metal spring. SUCKS! LISTEN TO YOUR CUSTOMER AEA!!!

then you never heard of a glock. those have very misleading names.
@MegaCyberleader 17 was the capacity of the original, they increased numbers from there as they introduced newer pistols.
Makes more sense than calling a 9mm air rifle "S45".

Mac, I recommend the FX wireless chronograph. The version 2 is pretty fantastic and I chronographed someone’s airsoft gun with it with fewer failures to read than I see happen with those light based chronographs.
I know that $$ doesn’t grow on trees for you, especially with your wife going through the medical system but maybe one of your sponsors can help you get one so you can retire that inconsistent Caldwell.
The Caldwell is super solid actually! I had an fx and all it cheap because it kept missing readings 🙏

Dude I've had alot of issues with all AEA guns most of them have been feed issues or mags not staying in when shooting it 😢 I've contacted airgun depot about my 357 terminater and it damaged the clip while shooting they refuse to honor it and I was stuck buying new ones and still had to modify to hold the magazin in .just can't rely them to not have issues .so yes they are in need of repairs but seems to me u get no help after buying them.your on your own to make them better,so what ever the gun price ,you'll need alot more money to make it right
got one love all but trigger reset! wish they'd do more testing before releasing new products and also stock replacement parts for these releases. Sent part to bin from 1st gen Zeus back in July...still waiting for part. Will not purchase or promote anything else from bin until resolved.

Just to correct. This is NOT semi automatic. The pellet discharges from the magazine directly into the barrel just like a revolver mechanism

Does any manufacturer want to develop my new USB powered HHO gun concept? Ive discovered how to produce HHO with only 0.3V per neutral plate, That means plenty of explosive HHO gas in a tiny tiny low volt package, I suggest a small HHO reserve tank with no more than 5-10 psi, that injects regulated amounts for shot consistency, with E-trigger, Spark plug type or lighter ignition. My HHO Gen only needs 5-5.5Vdc usb, and with flexible solar panels on or off the gun.will always have reserve shots.Also this tech could be used to boost any PCP gun, a Hybrid HHO PCP? imagine 80 full powered shots per charge? A truly off grid high quality gun like this with eg. AR part compatible needs to exist. Imagine not needing a compressor ever again, anyone can charge a battery, melt lead, access to a bit of water right? PM me if interested!
