Good job Mama, delicious as ever I’m sure. I love watching the old ways. I try to mimic food from the garden and meat from our farm. I have Rabbits, chickens and ducks. We raise our own poultry quite successfully. We don’t have pasture, Hilly and rocky with huge pines we are having removed a little at a time. Our gardens now have mostly all sun. Our manure adds our fertilizer. We live quite nicely but very busy. Our children will have nun of it. I garden for our customers now. God bless you and all your wholesome endeavors

In China they prepare cow feet many times. In my country only porc legs are available in the meat shops or supermarket. I have only tasted it once in my live in a dish which is called “legs and ears”. So also the porc ears are prepared then. I was not happy that I had to eat it because it didn’t look yummy. But in that time you needed to eat and be grateful. Now too of course but in those times life was more strictly. Now I am happy about that because I now the values in life.
