Being compassionate is alright. But remember, the opposite parties and victims too have right to get justice. Courts cannot solely focus on the rights of the accused.

'Judging is not judgemental'. It is being compassionate as well. 'And earthly power doth then show likest God's when mercy seasons justice'. Mentoring by seniors endowed with a sense of fulfilment and conscience can appeal to young minds who have undampened spirits to work for the common man.

Today i. e. 10-12-2022, it has completed 17 years, since i have argued my first matter i. e. Appeal from Order, in Bombay High Court, before the present CJI, Justice Chandrachud. I was briefed in this case by my late father. 🙏🏻

Where are we heading to? Justice is Justice....nothing else should be the guiding light. When Justice is denied it is neither compassionate nor justice. We can widen that discussion to the widest possible to appear as if to accommodate all interests. However...in that case the real requirements of justice is not served at all. He appears very wise...but ...
A reform of the constitution is essential which has many Loopholes.
And Expedite the criminal cases of Politicians. With a time frame.

What kind of compassion has been shown in the case of Madam Nupur Sharma? It is very easy to preach rather than practice. Charity begins at home. But, not elsewhere.

When any case is concerning lacs of people it should be solved within stipulated time frame.ref. bank retirees pansion updation related case
High respect to Judiciary. But judiciary is helpless some time; issues like Pension to lakhs of pensioners, I'm getting a pension of rupees 854? since 12 years without any hike. Atleast judiciary and Govt should decide to give minimum pension for sustinance temporarily. Afterall it's common wisdom, nobody can lead a dignified life with pension like 500 ,or 1000pm, where is Justice, Alas! Lakhs of pensioners have died by the time you provide Justice.
Nice words, but now we want to see actions of justice... I appeal on showing compassion to the victims , and not towards murderers, rapists and terrorists

The debate not to be entertained public servants which is subject matter of people and political parties guardian of Hindustan authority of constitution to overcome lapses and irregularities of constitution temporarily enshrined in Art 50 in constitution does not fall within jurisdiction of Supreme Court which is public servants not lawmaker which can give interpretation of laws if necessary by government.
The value is only top chairpersons, no value of other lower floors, which the very intelligent people do not have a higher chair, power and 💰 , the system and everyone does not give respect him , but when does a ignore lower knowledge etc person appoint on the valuable chair ______just VIP ,, total is depend on mind set , no value of human value is only power , 💰, powerful chairs in our system relationship etc
Ordinary Indian has lots of hope on this honble CJI that he will turn the tables

Whereas people at helm are enjoying luxurious life, really shameful, Sir; whereas poor senior citizens are in agitation today fighting for their rights. May be the CJI is a good judge but today many judges in High courts and supreme court are not good. Compassion of the judges is fine. However most important thing expected from a judge is he should be responsible and hard working but today most judges are casual and lazy . They don't even read the petition listed for the day before coming to the court. They don't examine all the evidences submitted. They don't care to counter the points raised in the petition. They just read one line here one line there, see one word in an evidence and then dismiss a case and get rid of you. That is how Indian judges are clearing hundreds of cases per week. Most litigants don't know what happens in the court and lawyers are only after collecting their fee and are least bothered about flaws in the system. Judges and lawyers are puffing up each other and are ignoring the litigants and their views.

Constitution is matter of people and political parties which are authorities not Supreme Court what is justice and what is not, it is matter of people and political parties, not Supreme Court subject to recognition and control of British colonial legislation protected by Supreme Court engaged to illicit activities by criminal misconduct. Govt is aware of necessities for package of reform from 1950 " थाने और कोर्ट लोग जुल्म शोषण भ्रष्टाचार माफ़िया गुंडागर्दी तानाशाह बाहुबलियों के शिकार शिकायत दर्ज करने से ड़रते हैं द्रौपदी मुर्मू राष्ट्रपति observation. The advocates and judges never took initiative to abolish colonialism for their wrongful gains from 1950.the Supreme Court is public servants is not lawmaker.
Sorry Mr CJI, good judging is about delivering just judgments. Any extraneous consideration is a perversion of justice.
