One drawback you just mentioned is that "No Display". I am using Epson L488 for 7 years with not a single problem. But display is a must. Wonder why Epson has cut corners.

Yes print quality is good 👍 black and white is very nice and colour is also nice.

Aur aapne sahi kaha ink tank printer day by day bht ache aur affordable hote ja rha hai.
Par ek baat clr kardoo. Koi bhi company perfect figure ya actual figure nhi batati ki kitne page print kar sakte hai. Ek bottle ink main. Yeh jo 4thosand pages company claim kar rhi hai wo sahi hai par poori tarah se nhi. 4thousand plus pages photo print ke liye nhi hai. Wo sirf text ke liye hai. Agar koi iss printer ko yeh sochkar leta hai ki ek baar lelo aur hazaro photo print karoo toh nhi hoga. Text print yani ki office aur baccho ke school project ke liye bhalehi hi ek acha printer hai par photo print samajhke dhokha na khae. Yes yeh printer photo bhi prints karega. Par jaha 4000 pages text karneka claim hai waha 400 pages bhi photo nhi kar paega.

Very detailed information given by you sir, which is good for common users. The printer is very cost effective but the price is slightly higher. It could be wonderful option if it comes under 10k
I use a printer which accepted cartridges and trust me, till today I've paid more than 8000 for cartridges and it's been only 1.5 years since the purchase.. the extra cost of ink tank printers is worth it

@@Gaxi2 Works great once setup. You should download the Epson Connect software and it will guide you through the steps. Also, install the remote print driver for remote printing from everywhere.

Yes it's working fabulously. We have taken more than 11000 prints in less than 1.5 year and no complaints whatsoever. As black ink is used by u s mostly, i think I'm getting about 2000-2500 prints in each refill.

Should i go for Epson L3250 or Brother DCP-T520W for under 16K, it's for home usage, and will be used occasionally like sometimes 50-60 pages but then not a single page for weeks. The temperature I live in is also on the lower side, with maxof 28-30C during peak summers and as low as -8 to -10C during winters.
